- "International Welding Engineer" degree and skill certification,
- Specific training courses necessary for the industrial world, upon request.
In all cases, continued education relies on the skills of professors at the school from a variety of fields, such as risk management, application engineering, computer science, welding, and the sciences and technology of computers and communication (STIC).
University Diplomas
- Project manager for software and networks (DUTIL)
Target positions: Project managers - technical directors of computer systems and networks - information system architects...
A refresher course which takes into account current changes and new technologies
Prerequisites: At least two years of university studies with a computer science component , and a minimum of three years professional experience
Course structure: seven and a half months full time: 606 hours of instruction and 284 hours of industrial projects
Start date: November
- Management of quality, safety, and the environment (MAQSE)
Target positions: Management of quality, safety, and the environment directors or consultants, and positions requiring multiple skills
Prerequisites: At least four years of university studies or equivalent professional experience in any field
Course structure: eleven months long, 540 hours of class and case studies, 32 weeks of class alternated with an internship
Start date: October
Specialization "SOUDAGE" - International Welding Engineer certification
Authorized by the French Welding Association
Target positions: International welding engineer
Prerequisites: Course open only to alumni of Polytech'Nantes who took a course in welding in their fifth year from the Material Sciences department
Course structure: three weeks of class
Start date: beginning of September
